Present petition has been filed for directing respondent authorities to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 19.10.2022 seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner from unaided post to aided post within stipulated period.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the proposal dated 19.10.2022 within a period of eight weeks from today.
