The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 273 days.

The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 273 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly. The application is accordingly disposed of.
