Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for respondents - State Authorities. 2.

Limited grievance raised in this petition is, though various representations for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner as mentioned in said representations are addressed to In-charge of Police Station Officer, Police Station Ashti, Superintendent of Police, Beed and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ashti, respectively, the same are not yet decided.

We direct the In-charge Police Station Officer, Police Station Ashti to take decision on application dated 18-05-2016, if already not taken, however, after taking into consideration the representation dated 29-10-2016 made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Beed, as expeditiously as possible , however, within a period of

2 Cri.WP-1464-16 three weeks from the date of receipt of order of this court and communicate the same to the petitioner accordingly. 4.

The Officer concerned, if feel it necessary can call the petitioner for hearing.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
