The learned AGP places on record an affidavit dated 04.12.2023 filed by the District Collector, Beed. An unconditional apology has been tendered for the delay caused in lodging the FIR as per the directions of this Court. The order of this Court has been complied with.

The learned Advocates for the appearing parties submit that the compliance report may be accepted subject to registering khs/Dec.2023/4032

- 2 - offences against such persons whose names would surface in the criminal investigation and they should be added as accused. We agree with the submission of the learned Advocates and we record that if in the investigation that is launched on the basis of the FIRs' registered, if further names of persons involved in the crime as noted by this Court vide it'

s judgment dated 21.04.2023, crop up, an appropriate FIR be registered against all of them.
