The petitioners challenge the order dated 23.07.2018, rejecting the proposal of the petitioners for starting Science and Commerce College in the academic year 2018-19. Even academic year 2019-20 has commenced long back. It has been submitted that an advertisement has been issued by the University inviting applications for start of Science and Commerce College at the location for which the petitioners had applied earlier.

{2} wp1380318.odt Mr.Suryawanshi, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2, submits that the last date for submission of the application was till the end of August-2019.

Considering the fact that the writ petition is pending since the year 2018, we direct that if the petitioners fle a proposal, complete in all respects, within seven days from today, the University shall accept the said proposal and process the same and forward it to the State Government, within the time stipulated, along with its recommendations as it deems ft. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

An authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for respective parties.
