ORDER:

1.

The petitioners' grievance is that, they are not allowed to join and are not being paid salary. The case of the respondents is otherwise.

2.

Mr Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the Education Officer and Zilla Parishad submits that, the enquiry is being conducted by the Education Officer with regard to the grievance of the petitioners, however, the parties are not cooperating. Even the notices are issued. 3.

When the Education Officer has initiated enquiry, it is expected of the parties to cooperate in the disposal of the proceeding. 4.

The parties to the writ petitions shall appear before the Education Officer on 05.03.2018 and, thereafter, parties shall cooperate in the enquiry being conducted by the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall conduct the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
