The petitioners have moved the respondent-Special Land Acquisition Officer soliciting an order pursuant to Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Some objections were raised by the Special Land Acquisition Officer communicated to the petitioners with a letter dated 25.01.2021. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would comply with whatever objections being raised by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, however, he should take some decision after hearing them within a stipulated time.
