Civil application is filed for serving notice on all interested persons and/or legal heirs of decree holder who are related with the suit property. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has served all the legal heirs through their General Power of Attorney Holder Mr. Rakesh Ishwarlal Mehata. He also seeks permission of this Court to serve the notice on all interested persons and/or legal heirs of decree holder who are related with the suit property through the paper publication in the newspaper circulated in Jalgaon district.

In addition, the petitioners are permitted to serve the unserved respondents by paper publication by publishing the notice in newspaper "Daily Tarun Bharat' and complete the further process. The application is accordingly disposed of.
