Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 submits that respondent no.3 has already withdrawn the amount in respect of Gat No.579, situated at Bidkin, Taluka Paithan, District Aurangabad. As such, the petition is rendered infructuous.

It appears that the claim for the amount is an issue sought to be raised in the petition, particularly which is covered under prayer clause (C) of the present petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take such steps, as are available in law for the reliefs claimed. 3.
