ORDER:

Mr Sandeep Lute, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the notices are issued to the petitioners for measurement. As per the affidavit filed by the respondents, they are taking steps for negotiation in respect of those guts which are affected. According to the respondents, all the gut numbers stated in the affidavit are not affected in the road.

Be that as it may, if the petitioners have received notices from the respondents, it is for the petitioners to approach the respondents and take steps accordingly.

The petitioners are also at liberty to get their land measured. In case, after the measurement, it is found that the land of the petitioners is also affected then the petitioner is at liberty to take fresh steps in the matter.
