Mr. Dambe, the learned counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions of one Dhanange Pandav, President of respondent No.4, states that respondent No.4 shall submit proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmistress within a period of one week. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

On receipt of the said proposal, the respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it expeditiously, preferably within three months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending civil application also stands disposed of.
