After hearing the matter for some time, learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, on the ground that, since filing of writ petition no interim relief was granted in favour of petitioners and suit is at the stage of evidence of petitioner (original defendant). 2.

Permission granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering that much time has been consumed in prosecuting the writ petition and according to learned advocate for the respondent evidence of plaintiff is already over, and Bhagyawant Punde
