Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had withdrawn the amount awarded by the Reference Court on furnishing bank guarantee. Subsequently, respondent No. 5 filed Appeal. The Apex Court reduced the compensation amount. The execution

2 W.P. 14753.2017 was filed by respondent No. 1. The petitioners have deposited the amount under execution. The execution is satisfied. Still the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioners is not released.

Heard learned counsel for respondent No. 2.

The trial Court/executing Court shall, after satisfying itself that the execution filed by the respondent is satisfied, shall release the bank guarantee given by the petitioners.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
