The petitioner has moved this petition for grant of marriage parole, since the marriage of petitioner's brother is scheduled for 15th of this month. The authority granting such parole is Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Aurangabad. 2.

According to learned A.P.P., the petitioner has not made application for parole to the concerned authority. It is now reported that, the petitioner has made such application today only i.e. post filing of the present petition. In view of the urgency in the matter, we direct the authorities concerned to decide the petitioner's application tomorrow i.e. on 13/10/2023. The concerned police
