This petition can be disposed of, by issuing directions to respondent no.03 - Education Officer (Secondary), to take decision on the proposal forwarded by the education institution, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today, and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
