Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned AGP submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition can be redressed by the Sub Division Level Committee, who can look into the grievance of the petitioners. In respect of the same, the learned AGP has produced the circular dated 13.2.2015. 3.

In view of the same, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub Division Level Committee for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners. In the event, the petitioners approach the above Committee, the Committee shall make endeavour to decide the grievance of the petitioners within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.
