Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is the claim of the petitioners that the petitioners are entitled for the benefits of full time Librarian in view of the Government policy reflected in Government Resolution dated 29.01.2000, the submission is, the petitioner was initially appointed in the school, namely, Bankatswami Vidyalaya, Khadi Ghat, Tq. and Dist. Beed as a part time Librarian and he is possessing the requisite qualifications, namely, B.A. B.Lib. The learned counsel then by inviting our attention to the representation made to the Education officer (Secondary) dated 07.08.2017 submitted that though these facts are brought to the notice of the Education Officer, namely, the entitlement of the petitioner and compliance with the requisite qualification no decision is taken on the representation. The petitioner also submitted reminder to the Education Officer (Secondary) on 16.08.2017 and

( 2 ) wp449.19 25.10.2017 as well on 17.11.2017. There is no further progress in the matter and it is natural expectation of the petitioner of having an early decision on the representation.

This being the very limited grievance raised before us in the present petition, the petition is disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.4 the Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the representation of petitioner No.1 Santosh Eknath Gaikwad, Saraswati Kanya Prashala, Kaij, Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed, representation dated 07.08.2017, petitioner No.2 Sanjaykumar Baslingappa Bansode, Bankatswami Vidyalay, Khadi Ghat, Tq. and Dist. Beed, representation dated 16.08.2017 and petitioner No.3 Shaikh Mustafa Jamal, Jawahar Secondary and Higher Secondary School, Nirgudi, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed, representation dated 07.08.2017, needless to state on merits of the representation, as we have not dilated on the merit of the claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and not latter than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court.
