Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that non bailable warrant has been issued against applicants. Learned Advocate for applicants has confirmed the said fact online. Under such circumstance, when the applicants have not adhered to the law, the inherent powers cannot be used in favour of applicants. Therefore, on this count itself, we do not want to entertain the application. Application, therefore, stands dismissed.
