The learned APP submitted that one eye witness, complainant has turned hostile, prosecution will be examining one eye witnesses and the date is already fixed as 21.3.2016. As the case rests on direct and circumstantial evidence, the learned counsel for applicant, accused, on instruction, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. He wants to file application after examination of three so called eye witnesses. 2.
