The learned Advocate for the petitioner / Company submits that an inter-locutory order closing the evidence of the petitioner was challenged in this petition. However, the Tribunal has delivered a judgment on 18.10.2019 finally deciding MACP No.89 of 2014. The petitioner would be challenging the said judgment. 2.

It is, therefore, stated that this petition can be disposed off as being infructuous by keeping open all contentions of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous. All contentions and grounds to challenge the judgment of the Tribunal, are kept open.
