1) Heard. In CA No.3484 of 2014, this Court (Coram: K.K.TATED,J.) had passed an order thereby allowing the request of the applicant seeking adjournment in the matter on payment of costs of Rs.1500/-. It was clarified in the said order itself that if the applicant fails in depositing the costs so imposed, the application shall stand dismissed without any back reference to the Court.

2) The record shows that the

applicant/appellant did not deposit the amount of costs within the stipulated period or even thereafter till today.

3) In view of the fact that the applicant/appellant has not deposited the amount of costs as imposed by this Court vide the order dated 7th October, 2014, the application filed seeking condonation of delay stood automatically dismissed. Consequently, the First Appeal which is on stamp also stands dismissed. Pending Civil Applications, if any stand disposed of.
