The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that, the dispute between the appellant and the respondent has been amicably resolved and both have decided to cohabit with each other. The counsels, therefore, prayed for disposing of the present appeal in terms of the compromise arrived in between the appellant and the respondent. The terms of the compromise are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The appellant and the respondent both are present before the court, they have verified the contents of the terms of compromise placed on record today and have also admitted their signatures over the same.

In view of the fact that the appellant and the respondent have settled the dispute between them in terms of the

ORDER

i) Decree of divorce passed in H.M.P. No. 197 of 2013 is quashed and set aside.

ii) First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
