Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents. Mr. Bachate, the learned counsel submits that, at present petitioner is not pressing other prayers and would limit the prayer to the extent that proposal is submitted by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on 19.07.2017. The Education Officer be directed to decide the same.

Mr. Nirmal, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3.

In case proposal is sent by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, then the respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
