By the present application, the petitioner is seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings filed by the respondent - husband respondent bearing H.M.P. No.387 of 2022, filed before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Taluka - Barshi, District - Solapur to be transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Majalgaon, Taluka - Majalgaon, District - Beed.

The learned counsel for the applicant - wife submits that the applicant and respondent got married on 05.04.2021 and on account of the certain disputes the applicant is now staying with her parents at Talewadi, Taluka - Majalgaon, District - Beed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petition under Section 12(1) (C) of the

2 965 Hing Marriage Act is filed for divorce before the court at Barshi. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is jobless and the applicant is staying with her parents and the applicant has no independent source of income, whereas the respondent - husband is in service and is in position to conduct the proceedings at Majalgaon. 4.

In view of the same, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", as under:- "B) By allowing this Misc. Civil application, the application HMP No.387/2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Barshi, Tq. Barshi Dist Solapur, may kindly be directed to be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon Tq. Majalgaon Dist. Beed." 5.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands accordingly disposed of.
