Heard learned counsel for parties.

The present application is filed seeking stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Award passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court Latur in WAC No. 10 of 2015. It has been submitted on behalf of both counsel that principal amount of compensation has already been deposited by the applicants and same has been withdrawn by both respondents. The issue in regard to payment of interest is remained to be executed and implemented. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicants prayed for stay to the operation, implementation and execution of the Award passed by Commissioner, pending the proceedings. 3.

In view of aforesaid submission, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the operation, implementation and execution of impugned Award, pending proceedings. The principal amount of compensation has already been disbursed in favour of the respondents. Therefore, it would not cause any injustice or prejudice to respondents. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and the same stands disposed of.
