Learned A.G.P. has raised preliminary objection that alternate remedy of filing second revision before the State Government is available and the petitioner has not availed the same. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepted the same and thus seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file second revision before the State Government within three weeks from today. 2.

Leave granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file second revision before the State Government. If the second revision is preferred within three weeks from today, the time spent in prosecuting this writ petition, may be considered for condonation of delay, if any.
