By way of present application, the proceedings vide Regular Civil Suit No.421 of 2014 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nasik are sought to be transferred to the Court at Amalner. 3.

The prayer is based on the fact that the two proceedings initiated by the applicant are pending at Amalner and Chopada. 4.
