This C.A. Is preferred by the applicants for publication of notice in daily newspaper Swatantre Warta Hindi Edition. It is the contention of applicants that despite of issuing notices to the respondent nos.20 and 22 namely Rangnath Moeshwar Joshi and Madhukar Moreshwar Joshi same has been returned with the remarks they are not residing on given address. Thereafter the efforts were made by the applicants to collect the address of above respondents but could not secure the same. Thus the applicants have prayed for publishing the notice in daily newspaper against the respondent nos.20 and 22. Taking into consideration the ground mentioned in the application and on hearing the learned advocate for applicants, I am inclined to pass following order. C.A. Is allowed as under.
