Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to amend the prayer clause 'B' to substitute the word 'respondent No. 2' with 'respondent No. 3'. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent No. 3 has not taken any decision on the representation dated 9th November, 2022. Copy of the said representation is placed on record at Exhibit 'C'. 3.

The petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 to hear the petitioners and take appropriate decision on representation dated 9th November, 2022, in the event the same is not already decided.
