On perusal of the application, it appears that it had efficacy during the period of harvesting of crops, as stated in prayer clause, in the month of October, 2013. Relief was expected in respect of standing crops during the period of the application. This Court, in the order dated 6th January, 2015 appears to have referred to the same. This Court had allowed police aid to be taken during harvesting of the standing crop. 2.

It appears that pursuant to the order, the respondents have paid the amount for extending police protection, on 6th

wp25-15 February, 2015 3.

After hearing the parties, it appears that efficacy of the order impugned in the present petition appears to have been worked out and nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. However, taking into account the dispute, it would be appropriate that original lis pending in the shape of Regular Civil Suit No. 1165 of 2012 before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar be expeditiously proceeded with and disposed of. 4.

Learned advocates submit that issues have already been framed in 2013.

As such, it would be desirable that Regular Civil Suit No. 1165 of 2012 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order.
