Though the application has been filed for suspension of sentence, after hearing the learned advocate for the applicants, when disinclination is shown, he is not pressing the said application and therefore, Criminal Application No.4011 of 2022 stands disposed of. However, at his request and the fact that this Court is taking the jail appeals of 2015, the Appeals are expedited.

Learned advocate for the appellants submits that he would check up for the paper-book and if it is not available then he will get photocopy of the same. Registry may give the paper-book to the learned advocate for the appellants for getting photocopy at his own expenses. If he gets photocopy of the same, he will also provide one copy to the learned APP. 1/2
