By way of filing this Petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the Respondent Authorities to produce him before the concerned Court, as and when pending cases arising out of C.R. No. 12/2013 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rahata, Tq. Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar and C.R. No. 204/2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrirampur, Tq. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar will be heard.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, makes a statement that, in all cases which are pending, the petitioner was produced before the concerned Courts. He further makes statement, on

1526.14CriWP instructions of the Officer, who is present in this Court that, as and when it is necessary, on effective hearing dates and if the presence of the accused is warranted before the said Court, he will be produced before the said Court. 4.
