Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits the order impugned is dated 2.12.2014 by which the application Exhibit 9 filed by the respondent / employee seeking an amendment to the memo of the Appeal under Order XVI Rule 9 of the CPC had been allowed. Subsequent, thereto, Appeal No.136 of 1998, filed by the respondent / employee has been finally allowed by the School Tribunal, vide its judgment dated 23.1.2015. 2.

Learned Advocate, therefore, submits on instructions that this petition is rendered infructuous as the final judgment of the School Tribunal has now been challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No.2706 of 2015. This petition, therefore, can be disposed off. 3.

In the light of the statement made on instructions, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous.
