Shri. N. P. Bangar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the present writ petition is not pressed to the extent of petitioner No. 2. Liberty be given to petitioner No. 2 to assail the notification.

In view of that, the writ petition is considered only to the extent of petitioner No. 1 and stands disposed of as far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned with the liberty as aforesaid.

Shri. Bangar, learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 submits that, the petitioner would comply with the conditions in the notification dt. 12.01.2018.

In light of that, if petitioner No. 1 complies with the provisions as enumerated in the Notification dt. 12.01.2018, then the decision shall be taken by the authority within a period of 10 days. 5.
