Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is the son of the deceased. The incident appears to have been happened when the father of the deceased did not pay him money to spend. Therefore, he picked up a wooden log and assaulted on the head of the deceased. The offence under Section 304 of the IPC has been registered. Considering the circumstances in which the incident happened, the Court is of the view that keeping the applicant behind bar would be inappropriate. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
31-BA.2019-22.odt (ii) Applicant RUSHIKESH RAMESH SHINDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.151 of 2022, registered by Police Station Kaij, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 304, 506, 109 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(c) He shall not pressurize the relatives.
