PER COURT:- 1] The Petition is filed, seeking directions to the respondents to consider proposal of the petitioner for grant of permission to open and operate Primary and Secondary Ashram School for the students of Scheduled Tribe at village Phopsandi, Taluka Akole, District Ahmednagar. 2] The learned AGP appearing for the respondent - State submits that, said proposal was for the Year 2011, and therefore, the Petition become infructuous.

3] We dispose of the Petition with direction to Respondent No.1 to consider proposal of the petitioner for the academic Year 2015-16 on its own merits as per

783.2014 WP.odt Government Policy. We have not expressed any opinion on merits. If there is any deficiencies in the proposals submitted by the petitioner, the respondents can ask to remove such deficiencies, if any. Such proposals to be considered on or before 15.06.2015.
