This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2-Committee to take decision on the validation claim forwarded by the petitioner and pending before the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, Respondent-Institution, where petitioner is prosecuting his studies, shall not take any adverse action against him on the ground of his failure to submit validity certificate. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
