This is an Application fled by the Claimants / Appellants to bring on record the legal representative of Deceased / Respondent No.2 - Dr. Shaikh Dastgir Shaikh Imam.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, since there was delay in preferring the First Appeal, Application for condonation of delay was fled by adding the original parties. Since report of notice issued to Respondent No.2 was received indicating that, he died, this Application is moved for bringing on record the LR.s of Deceased - Respondent No.2.

Pursuant to notice issued in this Application, the learned Advocate Mr. Pathan appears for the legal representatives of Deceased - Respondent No.2. The learned Advocate Mr. Bodade appears for Respondent No.1.
