Pursuant to the measurement which is carried out, as per the contention of the Petitioner, the only further step that remains is to earmark the shares and put the parties in possession. The learned AGP submits that if the measurement has been done, effective steps would be taken within 120 days.

We are aware that execution proceedings are not only time consuming, but give rise to several issues and disputes. Hence, a specific time schedule cannot be granted in matters regarding execution of a decree.

In the above circumstances, we expect the Authorities to complete the process within 120 days. If the concerned Authorities require more time, we grant liberty to the said Authority to move a Civil Application seeking extension. Once the decree is executed, a report be tendered to the Executing Court.
