1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 575/2024, registered at Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 309 (4), 118 (1), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) r/w. 3 (5) of BNS, 2023.

3] There are various injuries caused on the complainant and some of them are grievous one, so also, there are allegations that the cash amount, mobile and gold ornaments have been taken from the complainant. In view of the same, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory

1941.24ABA bail in favour of the applicant. Hence, the present application is dismissed.
