The learned Advocate for the Applicant tenders across the bar a copy of mutation entry of the agricultural land, showing the Applicants' names as the legal representtaives of the Deceased - Namdev Kanji Patil. The learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to place on reocrd the copy of Heirship Certificate issued by the Competent Authority before the Appeal is finaly disposed of.
