On investigation charge-sheet has been filed. The petitioners have come with a prayer for further investigation by some other special agency. It appears to be a case of quarrel / dispute between the family members. There is counter FIR, as well. We are not inclined to entertain the prayer for entrusting the investigation for further investigation to some other agency. The petitioners have equally efficacious remedy in the nature of approaching the Trial Court and urge for further investigation, in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the case of Vinubhai Haribhai Malaviya and

If such an application is made, the same would be decided on its own merits.
