Shri Ashwin Sakolkar, learned counsel for the applicants states that in similar matters arising out of the same project, the Division Bench of this Court has enhanced the compensation more than four times. He submitted that in light of this Judgment, enhancement in this appeal will also be on the same terms. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent states that the Acquiring Body has preferred the appeal against this Judgment. 4.

In view of above, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking on usual terms.
