Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Affidavit in reply is filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5. Para 3 of the Affidavit reads thus:

I say and submit that, considering the service rendered by deceased father of petitioner Chandrahas Apparao Krale, and in pursuance of letter issued by respondent No.2 on 31.06.2017, the application of the petitioner for the appointment on compassionate ground will be considered by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as per the Educational qualification of the petitioner and post available in the respondent no.5 school in accordance with the policy, norms laid down by the respondent no.1 for the compassionate appointment in the secondary school."

In view of the statements in the affidavit as

reproduced supra, writ petition disposed of. No costs. 4.

In case the claim of the petitioner is not favourably considered, then the petitioner will have an independent cause to agitate.
