The present civil application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 Babu Bana Randive on record. The civil application is supported by the affidavit. The death certificate is placed on record. It is seen from the record that Babu Bana Randive died on 27.09.2014. The civil application is filed on 17.12.2014. Thus, the claim of bringing L.Rs. Of deceased respondent no.1 is within limitation. Furthermore, there is no contest to this civil application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the civil application and to pass following order. ca735.15
