These applications are filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants states that in the

{2} ca13977-21.doc connected matters, this Court has permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% amount of compensation, on furnishing undertaking.

Mr. Navandar, learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body confirms the said fact.

In that view of the matter, the Applications are partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to with 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the Acquiring Body, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

First Appeal Nos. 3096 of 2019, 3101 of 2019, 3093 of 2019 and 3098 of 2019 to be heard along with First Appeal Nos. 3090 of 2019, 3089 of 2019, 3092 of 2019, 3100 of 2019, 3097 of 2019, 3099 of 2019, 3095 of 2019, 3091 of 2019 and 3094 of 2019.
