DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Naseer, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in Writ Petition No.4750/14 had directed the respondent to absorb the petitioner at the same place. However, till date, no steps have been taken by the respondents.

2] Mr.Sonawane, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 on instructions from Mr.Amol Patil,official from respondents submits that at the original place where the petitioner was working, there is no post vacant. However, one post is vacant at Khwajanagar, Nasirabad and the petitioner would be issued order within two weeks of being absorbed at the school at Khwajanagar, Nasirabad. The said statement is accepted.

3] In light of above, Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
