Mr. Swami, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that, during the pendency of present writ petition one employee namely Jadhav Pandu Rama, who was working as Hostel Superintendent in Primary Ashram School died on 15.11.2016. Due to his death the post of hostel superintendent has become vacant in the Primary Ashram School and the respondents are ready to accommodate the petitioner on the vacant post of hostel superintendent in the primary ashram school and the necessary proposal would be forwarded. 2.

Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel submits that, in view of

2 wp 11498.15 the said affidavit, grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed and the respondent authorities be directed to consider the proposal that would be forwarded.

In case the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 forward proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as hostel superintendent in primary ashram school, the respondent authorities shall consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of proposal.
