The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner initially as an Assistant Teacher and thereafter as a Head Master is pending with respondent No. 2 since 07.09.2017 (page no. 12). The same is not yet decided.

In case, the proposal (page no. 12) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits,

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
