The present C.A. is filed by the applicant for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla. It is the case of the applicant that the appellant Hansrajprasad died on 22nd September 2014 leaving behind him his legal heir Shamprasad. the application is filed on 17th November 2014. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Hansrajprasad died on 22nd September 2014. the affidavit is filed in support of the contentions of the application. There is no contest to this application. The C.A. is filed within time. In view of the above, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

The C.A.5632/2015 is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Hansrajprasad Jwalaprasad Shukla. cnd.cast5632.15

Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of 14 days from the date of this order.
